So today, around 1:30, just two hours before it was due, my e-folio crashed. Good-bye, see ya later, cannot be opened. It said something about it not being able to be read by PowerPoint (or anything else!) due to something about the outline. If anyone knows anything about this, please comment below. :) But, until then, I'm starting round 2 of my e-folio. Hopefully this time it won't malfunction. It just bums me out because my first one was legit and had everything! 49.5/50 worthy (I'm not in PETE club, blah!). I just hope I can do it a second time as good without getting too frustrated. Well, wish me luck!

That really sucks. I am also worried about my efolio because it would not appear on the screen today. I am going to have to wait till tomorow to see if it even works. I hope neither of us have to start all over again. That would be way too much work. I wonder if you do have to do it again how much time you would have till you have to turn it it, but lets think positive!
ReplyDeleteHoly crap. Honestly if my e-filio crashed as i was going to hand it in...i might drop out. Yes, a little dramatic however i am soooo glad its over. Te part that frustrated me was how much time i put into adding artifacts and extras that i know im not going to keep in there. I included all my clearances...they will be expired. I included my resume...that will be updated. I understand that we need to know how to do it i just found a lot of it a waste of time knowing that im eventually going to re-do the entire thing. I hope everything worked out for you and you didnt have to start from scratch!
ReplyDeleteIf my E-folio crashed, I probably would have just stopped. So good for you for doing it again. Lynz had to proof read mine for me to make sure i could spell and stuff like that. She would like me to tell you, "I'm sorry you had trouble with your E-folio. If only you had someone to share your breakfast with." Not sure what that means, but don't shoot the messenger.
